That might mean introducing AI into a workflow, or using AI intensively for a limited period on a wider business task such as analysis, business-case development, specification or problem-solving.
The problem comes first; I’m not tied to a particular platform or vendor.

About
I’ve spent much of my career leading, turning around and developing organisations, including as a CEO, programme leader and social investment practitioner.
My deepest experience is in mission-led organisations, including charities and not-for-profits, but the same questions around AI capability, opportunity and adoption arise across sectors.
I’m a hands-on ChatGPT power user and experienced with Claude, Gemini and Copilot, connected tools, assistants and practical AI workflows. I’ve also designed and built an AI-powered CEO support application using an AI model through an API.
My wider technical work includes designing and building an ICE-to-EV vehicle conversion. That combination of senior leadership experience, AI capability and broad practical technical fluency shapes how I approach projects: start with the problem, consider the possible routes and use AI where it adds value.
Alongside client work, I design and build practical AI products, including an AI-powered CEO Mentor app for charity and not-for-profit leaders, currently in testing.
